Global Postcards? like it's a random event and it'll send to a random user (that was active in the chat within the last 2 days) and the user will "mark" it and send to another user the more marks, greater the reward for example 3 marks -> 100 xp for everyone that marked 5 marks -> 500 xp for everyone that marked ... (same person can't mark it again)
