And maybe vote-leaderboard-rewards? for example top 1 -> 5k exp every month top 3 -> 3k exp every month top 5 -> 1k exp every month top 10 -> 500 exp every month (the rewards will be given at the end of a month)

We already have a similar system, Weekly Leaderboards. They do exist and have existed for a while, however due to OurCords current lack of activity, it hasn't been used in a while. We'll start doing it regularly again soon!
